Finerz is the controller of the personal data collected through the finerz.app website.

2. Data collected
We only collect the data necessary to operate the service:
- Waitlist data: email address, selected platform (iOS/Android), timestamps, registration status and proof of email consent.
- Technical data: server logs, IP address, user agent, request identifiers and technical errors.
- Communication data: messages sent to support@finerz.app.
- Cookies and analytics data: consent preferences, strictly necessary cookies and audience measurement data only if you accept them.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Manage waitlist registrations and beta access (pre-contractual measures).
- Send emails related to launch and beta follow-up (legitimate interest and/or consent depending on the context).
- Secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose incidents (legitimate interest).
- Measure audience and site performance if you accept the relevant cookies (consent).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations (legal obligation).
4. Retention periods
- Waitlist data: up to 24 months after registration unless earlier deletion is requested.
- Technical logs: up to 12 months.
- Cookie consent proof: up to 6 months.
- Support requests: as long as necessary to process the request, then reasonable archiving.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by strictly necessary technical providers, including:
- Vercel, for hosting, site performance and, if you consent, audience measurement.
- Supabase, for the database and secure storage.
- Resend, for transaction emails related to the waitlist.
- These providers act under our instructions and within an appropriate contractual framework.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some processing operations may involve transfers outside the EU. In such cases, Finerz implements appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses when required.

You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability.

8. Security
